These terms form a binding contract between you and phplotto, and they apply to every interaction you have with the platform, including browsing, registering, depositing, betting, and withdrawing. To register and use phplotto, you must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations. You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated accounts are not permitted to register. You may only hold one active account on phplotto at any given time; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of phplotto and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in real-money betting on the platform. phplotto also reserves the right to restrict access to players in specific regions or jurisdictions at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
When you register on phplotto, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to the appropriate authorities where required by law. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number.
You must notify phplotto immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. phplotto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your phplotto account — is strictly prohibited. phplotto may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any point, including before processing withdrawals, and failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions. All personal data collected during registration is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All transactions on phplotto are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using the payment channels available on the Deposit page, and phplotto does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment method must match the name on your phplotto account. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. phplotto is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues outside our control.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be held pending review if phplotto has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. phplotto reserves the right to apply a processing period to withdrawal requests, the duration of which will be communicated to you through your registered account. Any bonuses or promotional credits that have not met their applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. phplotto does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, but your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which phplotto bears no responsibility.
All bets placed on phplotto are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections — including the event, market, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager. phplotto will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet due to user error, misunderstanding of the market, or a change of mind after confirmation. Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed, and the odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error that results in odds being displayed incorrectly, phplotto reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned will be handled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport or market, which are available in the FAQ section. phplotto prohibits any form of match-fixing, collusion, or use of automated betting systems, and accounts found to be engaging in such activity will be permanently suspended with all winnings forfeited. The platform covers PBA basketball, Philippine Football League, NBA, international football, and other markets — each governed by its own set of sport-specific rules.
phplotto offers various promotions and bonuses to eligible members, the details of which are published on the Promotion page. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only. Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use and may not be exploited through systematic or professional betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
phplotto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if it determines that the promotion is being abused or if circumstances require a change. Bonus funds and free bets credited to your account are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Players who are found to have opened multiple accounts to claim the same promotion will have all associated bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for further action. All promotional offers are subject to availability and may be limited to specific payment methods, regions, or account types.

phplotto reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you are found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users. Upon termination for cause, phplotto may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation, and funds may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a material breach of these terms. You will be notified of the outcome of any investigation through your registered email address.
You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting phplotto support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements or pending investigations will be returned to you through your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures, the details of which will be communicated to you in advance. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of termination.
phplotto provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, accurate, and free from errors, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from technical faults at all times. phplotto shall not be liable for any losses — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential losses — arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phplotto's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits phplotto's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. You agree to use the platform at your own risk and acknowledge that sports betting and casino-style gaming involve an inherent risk of financial loss.
phplotto reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members through their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform. The updated terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice, and your continued use of phplotto after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
